Avoid Concrete Etching
Etching concrete is caused by uneven high pressure. A pressure washing wand concentrates pressure in one specific spot compared to a professional surface cleaner which distributes pressure equally and uniformly. The use of professional soaps and chemicals allow for lower pressure to be used, leaving little impact on the concrete and next to no chance of etching.
How Often Should I Clean My Driveway
Your property conditions, such as sun exposure, moisture, erosion onto your drive, etc., will dictate how often you'll want to clean your patios, driveways and other concrete surfaces. Industry standard is concrete surfaces can be safely cleaned once a year.
