The Process

• Every house wash starts with a rinse to prepare the surface.
• Then commercial grade chemicals are applied which targets all organic growth on the house including growths such as algae and mildew.
• Finally the house is rinsed to remove all dirt and organics from the paint leaving the house clean as it should be.

How Often Should I Wash My House

Your property conditions, such as sun exposure, moisture, erosion onto your drive, etc., will dictate how often you'll want to clean your house, decking, etc. Industry standard is concrete surfaces can be safely cleaned once a year.
